Tea Ceremonies
Rooted in the lineage of Cha Dao, The Way of Tea is a sacred practice of drinking tea in silence ceremony style. It’s an extremely meditative and healing experience. A bow and gratitude to the lineage as taught by our teacher Wu De of The Global Tea Hut.

Kundalini yoga classes incorporate kriyas, which are each a specific sequence of yogic techniques and meditations to create a specific result in consciousness.

Energy Healing & Spiritual Guidance & Tea Ceremony
This extended healing session is a powerful way for those in need of a deep reset.
We begin with a deep energy healing session followed by a tea ceremony to soften and open our hearts and then dive into the needs of your soul through holistic approach of spiritual guidance. In Person only.

A 90-day Program for those experiencing grief and heartbreak focused on Second Chakra Wisdom. Loss is a perfect opportunity to dig deeper, to turn nowhere else, to nothing else, but to Self. To turn to your heart, to your Inner Beloved.
Includes: Spiritual Guidance Support, Kundalini Yoga, Chakra Psychology. Tea Ceremonies + Energy work options if you’re local to the area.

Energy Healing
Subtle Body work is a powerful way to channel healing universal energy and allow it to flow through from my vessel to yours. This isn’t an escape or a quick fix to your problems. I view Energy work as sacred.
Energy Healing is used for various reasons- energetic blockages that manifest as physical ailments. Each session is unique, and the duration and nature of the healing offering vary.
