Tea changed my life, a transformation began when I started sitting for tea ceremony daily. I realized quickly this potent medicine was going be the cornerstone of what I offered to this world. During a plant medicine journey five years ago, I was shown very clearly, I would be serving a medicine to the people- at that time I thought it was Ayahuasca but when I sat for tea ceremony for the very first time, it was tea.

A lot of my work with people begins or ends with a gentle tea ceremony. I believe tea brings communities together, this allows me to share presence with others in the physical realm.

What else do you need to know about this offering?

  • Each sessions varies and depends on what’s present for each client. General approach is to begin with grounding breath work and intention setting, chakra analysis and identify any imbalances or blockages, energy work, tea ceremony followed by wisdom sharing and practical tips to apply.
