Subtle Body Energy Work is an offering to heal out subtle bodies. According to yogic wisdom and knowledge, we have many other “bodies” other than the physical body. Subtle Body is our 9th body and it gives us a strong and clear path of action. When our subtle body is muddled with energetic and karmic imprints, it inhibits our evolution as a soul on planet earth. This is where my offering of Subtle Body Energy Work comes in- Using my hands I tune into where in your physical body you’re holding the most blockages. I have trained in Reiki Level 1. However the gift of Subtle Body Energy Work is a combination of Reiki and other natural gifts that have come through my vessel as I have done more of my own inner work of healing and letting go.

Once I have all the information, I will contact you to schedule.

What to expect:

We will review the questionnaire that your completed, address any concerns to focus on during our session, answer any questions. We may do some grounding work and intention setting before beginning. During the session I will have you lie down on your back with gentle music playing to relax. I will offer the healing that comes through using my hands and place them on different parts of your body. Once complete we have time to debrief after. If you’re coming in for a combined healing session along with tea ceremony or spiritual guidance then we will continue the session post energy work.
